Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions – Cici Cleaning & Services. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not accepted online. Full payment is required at the time of booking. No service is confirmed until payment is received. Cancellations are allowed, but no refunds will be issued under any circumstance. If you cancel with at least 72 hours' notice, you may reschedule your service once, free of charge. Failure to provide access within 15 minutes, will result in full charge. We do not clean biohazards, move heavy furniture, or perform industrial deep cleans unless agreed in writing. Unsafe conditions, disrespectful behavior, or abusive clients will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access. Extra time caused by delays or clutter may be billed at £20/hour. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing issues (loose fixtures, broken items, etc.). Claims must be made in writing within 24 hours, and any compensation is limited to the value of the service. Only the services listed in your booking will be provided. Any extras must be agreed in advance and may cost more. Attempts to abuse our policy, file false claims, or demand free services may result in legal action. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. No refunds apply.
