1. General Terms
By booking a service or using this website, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all services provided by Cici Cleaning & Services, including residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
2. Booking & Payment
- 
All services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
 - 
Same-day bookings are not accepted online. Contact us directly for urgent requests.
 - 
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
 - 
Monthly cleaning plans are billed in advance and are due on the 1st of each month.
 - 
We accept debit/credit cards. Cash is accepted only by prior written agreement.
 - 
No service is confirmed until payment is received.
 
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- 
Cancellations are allowed, but no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
 - 
No-shows or failure to provide access within 15 minutes of arrival will also result in a full charge.
 - 
Cancellations must be submitted via email or through your client account.
 - 
If you cancel with at least 72 hours notice, you may reschedule your service once, free of charge.
 
4. Scope of Service
- 
Cleaning services are limited to the tasks selected at the time of booking.
 - 
Any additional tasks or requests must be pre-approved and may incur extra charges.
 - 
Prices may vary depending on property size, condition, or complexity.
 - 
We do not clean biohazard areas, bodily fluids, infestations, or move heavy furniture.
 
5. Property Access & Client Responsibility
- 
Clients must ensure safe, secure, and timely access to the property.
 - 
Delays caused by pets, clutter, unsafe conditions, or restricted entry may result in additional charges at £20/hour or cancellation with full charge.
 - 
The client is responsible for securing valuables and providing accurate access instructions.
 
6. Liability & Damages
- 
We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing issues (e.g., loose fixtures, cracked tiles, unstable furniture, faulty appliances).
 - 
We are not responsible for valuables, cash, or fragile items not clearly pointed out in advance.
 - 
Clients are advised to remove or secure delicate items.
 - 
Any claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service.
 - 
If found valid, compensation will not exceed the total value of the service provided.
 
7. Airbnb Turnover Services
- 
Includes full cleaning, bed reset, towel replacement, and supply restock (if arranged).
 - 
Hosts must coordinate booking at least 48 hours in advance.
 - 
Last-minute changes are not guaranteed and may result in missed cleanings or charges.
 
8. Commercial Cleaning
- 
Services are scheduled based on your operational hours.
 - 
After-hours or weekend cleaning available upon request.
 - 
Service plans are customized based on business type and may include written agreements.
 
9. Privacy & Data
- 
All personal information is handled securely and in accordance with GDPR.
 - 
We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

10. Legal Disclaimer

Cici Cleaning & Services reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if the client is abusive, threatening, or unsafe toward staff.
